We rented a tuk-tuk for two weeks and had the most authentic experience. Communication was excellent - we stayed in constant contact via WhatsApp, and they helped us with answers to any questions or uncertainties we had. We were also part of a WhatsApp group where we could communicate with other tourists who had rented tuk-tuks. People shared any unpleasant situations they encountered, as well as suggestions and recommendations. We also chose to take a train journey, and the driver who picked up the tuk-tuk and delivered it to our destination was punctual and very friendly. I rented a Tuk Tuk for 2 weeks to drive around Sri Lanka. Rapid Adventure team were excellent!
