Activity based Interactive Learning OBT program

We are a team of Qualified Professional Training Instructors/ Facilitators, having hands on experience of providing Experiential Learning Solutions including Adventure based & Activity based Outward Bound Training (OBT) and Survival & Rescue Training Programmes for over a decade. qLE (Our OBT arm) is the only local company to offer Simulation Based Training (Silega) in Sri Lanka.

We’ll use Experiential Learning techniques by making the participants going-through activities to engage (Activity based Learning) along with White Water Rafting as an adventure activity.
