Use of Photos and Videos

During the tour, we may take photos and videos for marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to be featured in any photographs or videos, please inform us during the tour or request this by email at hello@rapidadventures.lk.

In the event that you express your preference not to be included in any promotional materials, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Bookings & Payments

All extras apart from the items mentioned in the package inclusions will be priced separately.

Submission of the booking form online will not guarantee the reservation. Once your form is submitted, it will be reviewed by one of our agents and they will respond with instructions on how to finalize the booking.

Reservations will be prioritized in the order of our receipt of advance payments. To ensure that your reservation will be confirmed for your requested date, we advise you to pay the advance as soon as possible.

Prior to finalizing the reservation, you will be asked to make an advanced payment of 50% of the total package value. The balance should be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.

We will be providing an invoice for payment proof for every payment that is made to us.

Any breakage or damage of any items or equipment will be charged to the respective individuals or organizing committee.

CREDIT PAYMENTS Credit can be used as part or full payment for any trip on the site and is valid for 2 years. Credit payments cannot be exchanged for cash at any time and will be converted back into credit if the trip is cancelled for any reason.

Disclaimer for Personal Belongings

Rapid Adventures prioritizes the safety and well-being of its participants. However, we would like to expressly state that we do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items, including but not limited to electronic devices, jewelry, and other valuables. We strongly advise against bringing high-value items, wearable devices, and jewelry on our expeditions.

Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when deciding what personal items to bring on our adventures. In the event that personal belongings are lost, Rapid Adventures and its affiliates will not be held liable. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their possessions.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and agree that Rapid Adventures and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, and you release us from any claims or liabilities related to such incidents.

Cancellation & Refund

The activities might be delayed or postponed due to adverse weather.

Whenever possible, the cancellation or postponement of activities will be informed at the time of reservation after consulting weather reports.

If any adverse weather conditions crop up during the trip, there will be no refund but we will reschedule to the next available date as per your convenience or provide you with a different package option of the same value.

No refunds or rescheduling will be done for cancellations made due to an issue from the customers' end.

In the event of a cancellation or termination initiated by our company, we will refund you the full amount paid, deducting banking and border crossing fees.
