Nicely landscaped garden with a calm environment
We spent 2 nights at this place situated outskirts of town Area, Quite a big property , nicely landscaped garden with a calm environment. Down stairs of the house had a Large hall and upstairs with 4 bed rooms .,Fine architecture with ample living space and cozy atmosphere. Banglow was surrounded by many apartments and no great views. But garden was amazingly large and well maintained. Mr. Ranjan (care taker )and his family was very co-operative and most of our meals were prepared by them. Overall it was a fantastic stay at THE WALDEN with quality service and would recommend this place for someone who is looking for a clean, monies worth place,

A beautiful bungalow to spend time with family. Clean, spacious rooms, good indoor facilities like a pool table. Beautiful garden with an excellent service. A villa for family stay
This is a villa property which sells as a whole villa ,the property has 4 bedroom and en suite bathrooms. Property need maintenance and refurbishment ,specially bathrooms They are big but need updates a little tired , Has ample space they could option for an outdoor heated pool and small play area for kids,with improvements they should provide in house fine dining and al carte by a five star chef ! The property is a lovely one if the owners pay attention and remake the property will be well off. The give space to cook on our own as well , They have all the utilities and culinaries available but it’s better to make its more standard for the property’s ambiance! It’s worth the pay not luxury but a decent villa compared to any other around the area with self cooking. There is a billiard table room , games for adults like boards games ! But needs to some serious renovations!

Amazing place. The bungalow is a very beautiful and architecturally magnificent building. The rooms are great, big windows and a balcony with beautiful views. The well-arranged comfortable lounge is superb with pool table and TV area on the ground floor. The caretaker and his family are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great hospitality. We spent three days and two nights. It was a great experience.

Spacious - Understated Luxury
We spent two nights at the Walden and had a very good stay. Here are the plus points: Location - Just outside the main town but you don't feel you are too close to the town. Some areas of the town can feel quite congested. No great views as the property is surrounded by other properties but thankfully nothing garish. Property - Simple but good architecture with two rooms on two separate wings. We were the only ones there but even if the other wing was taken by someone else, there is ample space to not get into anyone's way. Ground floor is extremely spacious and cozy. Rooms - Excellent. Large, airy, big windows, everything works fine. The heater was a bit noisy but nothing to complain about. I picked the room with blue walls as I found the larger room done in red a bit over-powering. but on a comfort level rooms are a winner for the very reasonable price we got. We highly commend the Walden For its ambience (the garden needs a bit of work) and spacious - understated luxury.

We had a wonderful stay at THE WALDEN. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged everything to make our stay perfect. A big plus was the amazing sunshine those days ,so we had a BBQ in the garden and such a great time. The rooms are giant big, the most comfortable beds I have every sleep in and nice elegant furniture in the whole building.
