I had an unforgettable experience at VRK Adventure Base Camp in Kitulgala! 🌊 The location is stunning, right on the riverbank with a natural pool perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was a highlight - delicious Sri Lankan cuisine and by the river was the cherry on top! 😊 Activities were thrilling, especially the white water rafting - our guides were safety-conscious and made it a blast by giving thousands of memories. We also loved the scenic hikes, waterfall visits. Rooms were basic but clean, with great views of the river. If you're looking for adventure, nature, and chill vibes, VRK is the spot! Jump in, get wet, and make some epic memories! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔥🍃

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their customer service was outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The facilities and services provided were excellent and well organized. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. We were 3 people, travelled here in September. We booked only stay and breakfast, had rafting/canyoning somewhere else. The location is awesome. Next to the river with a nice view from a shared balcony. Food was the classic sri lankan stuff and very nice. Staff was very friendly and caring. Unfortunately we booked rooms without a/c. Definitely not recommendable! Humid, smelly, walls full of mould, bathroom also unhygienic/gross. But the rooms with a/c seem much better!

It is a good place for an adventurous day-out. Water sliding & confidence jump were the favourites of our group. Rafting experience was good as well. We ended our day by lighting a campfire on their premises close to the banks of Kelani river. The service was good.
