We can start once you arrive at our location. No fixed timings, but we recommend starting around 8 AM. Best to leave Meemure around 4:00 PM to return before dark.

Do not consume alcohol, intoxicants, or heavy meals before activities.
The forest is home to many different creatures and teeming with leeches. Carry a bottle of Dettol antiseptic to quickly detach any leeches that may cling to you. Beware of allergies to insect bites and stings.
We need to know if you are suffering from heart conditions, epilepsy, or any other medical condition before participating in our activities. Especially food allergies.
Be honest about your level of fitness. Do not attempt an activity if you are not in a condition to participate.
Please wear suitable clothing and shoes for the activity. Make sure they're comfortable and that you won't mind them getting a bit damp or muddy.

Everything was well organized.
This is a great option if you want something fun but not too intense. The day starts off relaxed with breakfast and a short village walk, which I actually enjoyed more than expected. The water activities are definitely the highlight. The natural slides and jumps are super fun, and the location itself is really beautiful. It feels very untouched and clean. Everything was well organized, and the guides were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s the kind of experience where you’re active but still relaxed at the same time.

The walk through the village was calm and beautiful — you really get to see a different side of Sri Lanka, very simple and peaceful. Then comes the best part the water activities at Sooriya Arana. Sliding through the streams and jumping into those natural pools was just pure fun. The guides made sure everything was safe but still kept the energy up. Ending the day with a good meal and a cup of tea was perfect. It didn’t feel rushed at all, just a really well-balanced day.

Really enjoyable day trip. Meemure has a very calm and authentic feel, and this experience lets you enjoy both the village side and the adventure side. The water activities were the best part for me simple but so much fun. You don’t need anything extreme to enjoy it. Just being in those clear waters surrounded by nature is enough. Also appreciated the downtime at the end. Sitting with a tea and just relaxing before heading back was a nice touch.
